Duquesne's Mike Hilliard set a school record after rushing for 323 yards and five touchdowns against La Salle to earn MAAC Offensive Player of the Week honors, while Hilliard's teammate, Javonn Bradley, posted 11 tackles and three tackles for a loss to garner Defensive Player of the Week honors. Jeremy McCullough (right with family) of Duquesne took Rookie of the Week honors after rushing for 67 yards.

Hilliard, a senior running back, set a new Duquesne record with 323 yards rushing on 31 attempts and five touchdowns in a 62-14 win over La Salle. It was the second-best rushing day ever by a MAAC player (Siena's Reggie Greene ran for 379 yards at St. John's on Nov. 2, 1996). His five TDs tied the league mark and broke the DU school record for rushing touchdowns.
Bradley, a sophomore linebacker, posted 11 tackles (six solo), including three tackles for loss and a sack, in Duquesne's 62-14 win over La Salle. He helped the Dukes finish the game with 13 tackles for a loss, including six sacks, in holding the Explorers to 74 yards rushing on 33 attempts.
