Duquesne University guard/forward Melquan Bolding (Mount Vernon, N.Y./Notre Dame (Mass.) Prep) has been diagnosed with a fractured right wrist and will undergo surgery Tuesday morning to have a screw inserted to stabilize the fracture. He is expected to be out 4-6 weeks.

Ron Everhart's Duquesne Dukes are known for getting off to a fast start. Last year the Dukes dominated High Point 84-55, and the year prior they embarrassed Howard 129-59 but this year's season opener will be much more of a challenge.
